The details you care about most
A charming stay with a fantastic location! Only a minute from the Spanish Steps, the staff was exceptionally helpful, providing great breakfast choices, especially Adriana’s cappuccino. The durable hotel features its unique character, and our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet after closing the shutters. Highly recommend for an enjoyable trip!

Centrally located, air conditioning efficiency, historical building charm
Rooms are tiny with minimal space to maneuver!!! Bathrooms require an upgrade, focusing on details like grouting!!! A simple coffee and tea refill could enhance the entire experience!!!

The location was perfect for exploring Rome, just a short stroll from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The staff were wonderfully accommodating. Francesca at the front desk really went out of her way to assist us. We loved our spacious room and delightful continental breakfast.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more family amenities would be great.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway!
The staff was helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a surprise. They even set up flowers and Prosecco for us The breakfast was fantastic, fresh pastries and cappuccinos that really set the tone for our mornings!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know, what is in this world?

I loved lounging by the sun terrace and enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious and filled me up, but the room felt a bit cramped. A small tip for future guests, the ongoing refurbishment was noticeable, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 👍

great location but missing tea facilities
The room was lovely, featuring a comfortable bed that made my stay enjoyable. I really appreciated how the windows blocked out noise, providing a peaceful retreat despite the lively street below. The staff excelled in hospitality, always ready to help with directions and tips about local attractions, just like previous guests mentioned about the warm atmosphere.
